WHO ART THOU?  Featuring Hummingbird Artist and Writer Meryl Spiegel.

Opening Reception March 25th.

Meryl Spiegel is one of eight Jewish artists that will exhibit their work in the multimedia group show, WHO ART THOU?  The show, which honors the memory of well-known North Fork sculptor and illustrator, Robert Strimban, will be on view at Congregation Tifereth Israel in Greenport from March 25 thru May 20.

Developed as part of an in-depth exploration of spirituality guided by Rabbi Gadi Capela, the show reflects the relationship with, and expression of Judaism through art. Four of Meryl Spiegel's works, two photography-based including Judith, displayed above, as well as two watercolors are part of the group show. 

Other artists' work includes:  The Rabbi, a paper sculpture by Robert Strimban, nearly completed for the show prior to his death in December, 2017;   paintings by Judith Kaufman Weiner, Saul Rosenstreich and Debra Riva;  fabric and thread by quilter Roberta Garris;  nature photography by Cookie Slade; and clay sculpture by Irma Stimban.
