Rudolph's Sidecar Cocktail

Move over eggnog. Make room for a twist on a traditional Christmas Cocktail.

¾ ounce lemon juice

¼ ounce ginger syrup

¼ ounce cinnamon syrup

1¼ ounce Remy Martin

½ ounce Cointreau

1 dash Angostura bitters

1 tablespoon sugar, granulated

1 lemon peel (optional)

Wet the rim of a glass, and roll it in sugar to create a sugared rim.

Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Serve with a lemon twist garnish.
