Recipe. You Won't Want to Miss This!
Gazpacho. Quail Hill Farm's Summertime Treat.
3.5 lbs of ripe tomatoes
1-3 cloves garlic
1 small red onion
1 seeded bell pepper
2-3 small cucumbers (peeled and seeded)
1 cup tasty, extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic or sherry vinegar
1 2" slice of French bread
1/2 cup water
Puree the ingredients above in a blender. Adjust the vinegar to taste, and season with salt and pepper. (That's it!)
Pour into individual cups or small bowls and garnish as you like. Serve cold.
Serves 8+, according to the size of your serving bowls.
