"Ah, the irony."

Tina states that the irony of the candy and tooth in the expression  "Sweet Tooth" inspired the whimsical representation in the drawing. 

“Last year I gave a print of Sweet Tooth to my dentist as a gift. She loved the irony also AND especially since I had a cavity filled during my visit before she received my gift. Sweet Tooth indeed!!”

The conflicting “Trick or Treat” of Halloween, its candy bounty coupled with “trick’s” prospective “dangers,” is a feeling not easily replicated and a special childhood memory for many. Note the tooth lurking…
