Ah, Spring Peeps! They are definitely a perennial favorite for many people. Reliably, peeps always seem to appear in stores just as my croci start to come up. Isn’t it funny how these simple, stretchy, sugar-showered confections naturally prompt feelings of nostalgia, indulgence and the gladness of springtime?… but they do.
